TUT * Notes from the Universe October 2021 Newsletter

News and updates... Jambo {NAME}! I had a rather unpleasant experience in the week, that turned revelationary. I misjudged drive-time for a routine doctor’s appointment, due to rush hour traffic and bad weather. Even though I called ahead to apologize, upon arriving, 22 minutes late, my doctor canceled the appointment.  I drove home, with almost 2 hours less in my day, wondering, “What was that?!” To be honest, more than stunned, I felt really hurt. Besides, how long have we all waited for doctors?  Still wounded through to the next morning, I started the day with a davidji inspired meditation, looking for an answer (who and what to blame for this blip in my reality!). And while the exercise seemed utterly futile, by its end two takeaways moved into sharp focus:  1) I could have done better and been on time, and, 2) given the hurt I felt, I wondered about those I’ve similarly hurt in the past with my own insensitivities and unreasonable expectations. Yikes! The second takeaway left me with a sudden sense of “karmic remorse” that was so intense, I was happy to excuse the canceled appointment!  And just like that, I was restored. Grateful for the whole experience. Love yourself, {NAME}, and love others — they’re trying as hard as you to do their best.
