death and growing older, a gift for notes readers, new mini-manifesting workshops, and more... Jambo

death and growing older, a gift for notes readers, new mini-manifesting workshops, and more... Jambo {NAME}! I know you know about the power of your beliefs. They can incite wild fantasies that will sooner bring your dreams to life, or they can shut you down from entertaining thoughts you might secretly deem to be impossible, impractical, unreasonable, or unfeasible. Yes? Well, at 63, I’m ever mindful of the desire I have to believe in my own vitality and longevity, yet it shocks me at how I sometimes catch myself thinking in limited ways based on societal beliefs and so-called norms. Thinking thoughts like, “in the time I have left…” “while I’m still alive…” “if I live to see XYZ…” and sometimes I involuntarily wonder about the possible imminency and ramifications of an unexpected early departure. WHAT?! Maybe like you, I don’t fear death. But I do love living my life, this life, and plan to continue doing so for many, many decades more. Healthy, engaged, and very much alive. I’m even into a self-realization kick, aware that there’ve been masters among us who’ve lived well without any kind of expiration date (I’m definitely thinking about that, too). So, here’s a little exercise I’ve created, that you might like too. ❤️ I’ve written down on a small piece of paper that I keep under my keyboard, some of the things I have to look forward to in the coming decades. And on that paper, I’ve written down the calendar date of my 100th birthday, February 7th, 2061. Have you ever thought about what that date is for you? Have you written it down? Just seeing that date every morning expands my thinking. I can feel it blowing away my unacknowledged, invisible limiting beliefs. It frees me. It’s expanding. I feel a sense of relief. Not to mention, it’s still a long way away. I also have other notes on this same piece of paper that similarly move my thinking beyond conventional thinking. What is your date? If you feel inclined, I suggest you write it down and look at it frequently. And imagine how vibrant, healthy, and happy you’ll be when it arrives, AND BEYOND. Way beyond. Imagine people doing a doubletake when they see you and whispering, “No flipping way!” Happy 100th, {NAME}, early - P.S. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
