Hello {NAME}, We are dedicated to helping you and all artists around the world distribute and share

Hello {NAME}, We are dedicated to helping you and all artists around the world distribute and share their music in the best way possible. In an evolving landscape of data and privacy regulations and as TuneCore expands to new markets worldwide, we updated our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy to ensure our commitment to serving you best while fully complying with the law. We previously had separate policies for TuneCore Inc. and our affiliated company, Believe International. As we strive to be closer to our customers, we have centralized these into a global Privacy Policy and updated Terms & Conditions. Here are some highlights about the updates to the Terms & Conditions: - More details to the account creation, product purchase, payment and copyright procedures, and how legal disputes are handled. - Clarification of TuneCore’s and TuneCore affiliates’ relationship with their customers. USA based customers will remain TuneCore Inc.’s customers, while non-USA based customers will be Believe International’s customers. This change will have no impact on the use of your TuneCore account and your TuneCore services. Through our updated Privacy Policy, you have more control over what you share, what remains confidential, how we use your personal data and how you can control our use of such personal data. These updates are effective as of April 1, 2021. If you use TuneCore on or after that date, please keep in mind that you are agreeing to the updated Terms & Conditions and the new Privacy Policy. Thank you for being a TuneCore artist!

Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
