Having trouble viewing this email? [Click Here]( [Ideas]( [Strategy]( [Advisory]( [Events]( [Keynotes & Workshops]( Greetings, If you already consumed our [2024 Trend Report (PDF here)]( you've probably realized that ALL of your innovation peers (and ALL of our clients) are focused on AI this year. It has become an all-consuming, overwhelming, exciting new CEO-level priority. 5 WAYS OUR CLIENTS ARE EMBRACING AI: 1. Get Your Feet Wet - at Trend Hunter, our team spends 1/2 a day a week doing AI. Every department. We've done this for 3 months. Some clients are getting their teams to spend an hour. But think of AI + business like a whitewater river we are on. You know the rapids are coming. It's time to learn how to swim and row. 2. Push for a Sandbox - while many of our clients have bands on OpenAI due to security, you need a sandbox for your teams to play in. You need some level of experimentation so you are not left behind. 3. Scenario Plan - if you were at our last year's FFWS, or the virtual event, you probably have notes on scenario planning. It is an ideal tool to think about your work + AI. Will the world aim for optimization or enhanced services? Will it be all good or a bit evil? What are your potential competitor actions? 4. Create an AI Council - our own AI council has 20 people on it, who represent all of our different silos. They are not simply the developers or AI team. How are you empowering your most AI-enthused team members, and how are you breaking down the silos in this polarizing new category 5. Workshop It - it's time to put in the work. If you want tips and tricks on potential workshops, come to our Future Festival, chat with us or hire us to run the workshops for you, but this is prime-time to educate your people on potential, and then brainstorm your next steps, long term vision and dream list. IT'S TIME TO ANTE UP, BY LEARNING WHAT YOUR COMPETITORS ARE DOING - It is time to start colliding with world leaders in AI, and your fellow compatriots who are also tackling AI at full scale.
