Magazine letting her know she’s won a 5-night stay in Mauritius including daily breakfast for 2 in a Lux Junior Suite at the LUX Grand Baie resort. Russell discovered he was the winner of a 4-night holiday to Qatar from a Thomas Cook competition: “Over Christmas I received an email saying I had won a luxury trip for two to Qatar - I was suspect. However Thomas Cook confirmed it today - flights and B&B at the Grand Hyatt Doha Hotel... my first ever holiday win!” Caroline is the lucky winner of a holiday to Barbados. Very nice indeed! And finally, Catherine won a Cornwall holiday which she was dismayed to realise she couldn’t take - although thankful to be allowed to transfer it to her sister: “I won a 7 day apartment break with Harbour Holidays in Padstow as part of their advent giveaways. Unfortunately, I didn’t see the apartment wasn’t suitable for under 8 year olds in the Ts and Cs (I have a one and three year old.) I asked if we could change to a different property but they weren’t able to do that. Instead, they very kindly let me gift the break to my sister and her family instead, so they’re all booked to go in February! Gutted my family couldn’t go but really pleased my sister will be able to enjoy it instead. It’s always worth asking!” Huge congratulations to Suzanne, Russell, Caroline, and Catherine's sister! We think it's important that we're transparent about the value our service can bring you, but also the limitations of this email and our website. We're journalistic at heart, with the aim of helping you to save on travelling and holidays. We do this by seeking out great travel and holiday deals, tips and competitions. We do not offer any travel products or services ourselves - we signpost you to those that do via links. While we are careful to always cover reputable companies that are ABTA bonded, we're not perfect, so remember that you use this information at your own risk and we can't accept liability if things go wrong. So if we don't offer any travel products ourselves, how do we sustain the service? Many of our links are affiliated which means that if you purchase a product or service via these links, a small contribution may be made to Travelscoop. You shouldn't notice any difference, as these links don't impact the products at all. If we're unable to get a contribution from a company, we'll still include the link anyway - it's important to us that we cover the whole market. Lastly, do not construe the information contained in this email and on our website as financial advice. Always do your own research to ensure a product or service is right for you and your individual circumstances. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
