​Hi Anonymous  I don’t usually talk about this, but I’ve been working on myself for a long time.  Little did I know, that when I started this journey to "self-awareness", many years ago, it would be what I needed to turn everything around...  ...everything in my trading account… ...everything in my personal life… ...everything with my family…  You name it!  What is “Self-awareness” exactly?  It's the ability to focus on yourself and how your actions, thoughts, or emotions do or don't align with your internal standards.
