Never Be On The Wrong Side Of Another Historically Repeating Market Cycle Or Trend…  Welco

Never Be On The Wrong Side Of Another Historically Repeating Market Cycle Or Trend…  Welcome to this week's Seasoned Stocks: Trade of the Week where we show you one trade you should be looking into for the week. We dive deep and take a look at how this stock has behaved historically during this time period. This is information you are going to want to read. We do this every week for you, so keep an eye out for another one next week. We do not give "specific" trading recommendations, rather "general" market information that’s purpose is to provide you an edge in your trading. Now, let’s get into today's report. So there’s a very good seasonal period that’s coming into play for Iovance Biotherapeutics (IOVA). For those that do not know about Iovance Biotherapeutics, there's’ a link below this image for more general information about the company...   [Iovance Biotherapeutics About Iovance Biotherapeutics]( Here’s the seasonal glimpse at IOVA, since 2010. It’s gone up 90% of the time, with an Avg Move Up of 17.21% over a 30-day trading period (6 weeks of trading). HEADS UP: Nov 4th, 2021 Earnings Announcement   Notice IOVA has some very strong High Point moves up…   Big picture Monthly technicals lean Sell bias. The Weekly technicals lean Buy bias. The Daily technicals lean Neutral bias. Of course the Monthly will be slower to rotate bullish, the weekly has turned bullish, and the daily is neutral. Maybe we are ready to breakout coming into Earnings? Possibly to the upside?   The competition appears to be bullish coming into this time period, which is always nice to have this in alignment.   Iovance Biotherapeutics looks pretty solid over the coming weeks from a historical seasonal perspective...   Analysts 12 month forecast is $39.00/share average...Strong Buy, per the Analysts   Taking a look at the chart I see potential trapped buyers back in March-May of last year, with conservative overhead supply in the $29-$31 range…with the stock trading at $25.29 at the time of this writing, a +17% (the average seasonal move) advance in the stock puts it up into the $30 range/area.   If someone believed this theory, here’s just "one" trade idea that they might consider. It breaks even within the "Calls Ideal Strike Zone" (blue shaded area on risk graph), which is always what I want to see with a debit trade…Buy 25.00/ Sell 30.00 bull CALL debit spread, for the Dec 17, 2021 expiration. Limit or better of 1.82 debit or $182/per contract.---please note, I'm looking at this around 12:30 PM EST on Friday Nov 22nd. Things may/may not change significantly next week.   P.S...You could simply Buy the 25 strike Call (Dec 17,2021) only, and potentially not cap your upside, and of course you will be taking on more debit risk. Should you decide to do that, be aware that the "Sweet Spot Calculation" to exit that Call (hopefully at a profit) is around 11/11/21--- thereafter, Theta decay starts to take more effect and then more significantly as time goes along. See image below...   Or... here’s another trade one might consider, it’s a bit outside my parameters for the net delta (like it to be .15-.25) when I do a debit spread, but it’s pretty close. It’s worth noting, it breaks even well before the "Calls Ideal Strike Zone" (blue shaded area on risk graph) which is really good, so thought it seemed valid. It’s a wider spread, so there is more profit potential.---…Buy 22.50/ Sell 30.00 bull CALL debit spread, for the Dec 17, 2021 expiration. Limit or better of 2.77 debit or $277/contract.---please note, I'm looking at this around 12:30 PM EST on Friday Nov 22nd. Things may/may not change significantly next week.   P.S...You could simply Buy the 22.50 strike Call (Dec 17,2021) only, and potentially not cap your upside, and of course you will be taking on more debit risk. Should you decide to do that, be aware that the "Sweet Spot Calculation" to exit that Call (hopefully at a profit) is around 11/02/21--- thereafter, Theta decay starts to take more effect and then more significantly as time goes along. See image below...   Ok. That’s about it, hopefully you’ve found value in the information provided. Please remember, do your homework, and fully understand the risk before trading anything.
