It is available for free to watch on YouTube. It was a MasterClass on the mindset of greatness. Namely, Tom Brady insisted that he never wanted to compete with anybody else – such as Peyton Manning. Rather – he is 100% focused on being the best version of himself. When he was a backup at Univeristy of Michigan, he only had two reps in the practice. So, he decided to make these two reps as perfect as possible. Then he got four reps. He made sure these four went perfectly, as well. Eventually, he began getting reps and playing time. The same thing happens with trading. I’ve witnessed traders with a great desire to succeed keep sabotaging their chances by making impulsive trades – going for the short-term thrills of gambling and going for a monster gain in a single trade – rather than being patient and following a systemized process. What’s more… A trader would spend a lot of hours researching a solid trade. Everything was good. As soon as they enter a trade, they lose emotional control. So, here’s what I’ve noticed – top traders treat trading like a serious intellectual pursuit. Not an emotional pursuit. Trading emotionally often leads to poor money management. (Not protecting risks enough.) I encourage you to be Tom Brady by focusing on being the best trader you can be – rather than focusing on final results such as a big bank account. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
