It is actually simple – requiring just a few mouse clicks to get started. But before we talk about that, I am going to paint a picture that will show you what’s wrong with the current investing landscape. As a group, retail investors wield a massive power. They account for 52% of global assets under management in 2021, according to strategic consulting firm Indefi. And that number is expected to rise to over 61% by 2030. That’s a big number, right? However, retail investors contributed just about 1% of all venture capital funding. Retail investment, for example, accounted for just $2 billion out of the $300 billion invested in the year 2020. That picture doesn’t look right, don’t you agree? Especially the fact that the top quartile of VC funds has an average annual return ranging from 15% to 27% over the past 10 years, according to Cambridge Associates. And of course… …there is a potential of a grand slam like Uber that turned venture capitalist Jason Calacanis’s $25,000 stake into as much as $100 million fortune on paper, according to the New York Times. The rich elites have been using the IRA vehicle to build tax-free wealth through VCs. Peter Thiel used his Roth IRA account to purchase shares of his startup PayPal in January 1999 at the price of a founder share. And sure enough, he turned his mere $1,700 investment into $5 billion tax-free wealth. - “Thiel has taken a retirement account worth less than $2,000 in 1999 and spun it into a $5 billion windfall,” wrote ProPublica. That gives you a glimpse of the power of investing in venture capital through IRA accounts. And yet, most retail investors are missing out on the gains in venture capital. Now, let us be clear: We are not a financial advisor. And we are not trying to be one. We just believe that retail investors have been locked out from the powerful investment vehicle of venture capital because the system thinks they are “too dumb” to understand the risk of it. Yes, venture capital has more risks than stocks. Its upside is also greater. So, it is sensible for retail investors to allocate a percentage of their portfolios to venture capital in order to capture potential gains from private technology startups, right? After all, about 80% of institutions are investing in private equity and venture capital, said AXS Investments. It’s time for the “little guys” to get a piece of this action. Now, are you looking for the next investment opportunity? TradeAlgo is inviting you to participate in our private fundraising round before we launch our second (and more powerful) AI platform. We believe the total addressable market (TAM) is 10+ million Americans. The number is higher when we account for global retail investors. In short, we are building an automated trading platform of the future. How? By training our AI models to uncover “super-intelligent” trades. Best of all, a retail investor may be able to participate in our private fundraising round using IRA accounts. As long as retail investors have a traditional IRA account and/or a Roth IRA account, they may be qualified to participate. So, why don’t you reserve a time with our team to learn more about this private investment opportunity?
