Second, generative AI is the next step where AI can assist people through natural language. For example, Salesforce recently unveiled a product where AI can ask a person to take a photo of his/her garage and see if a new wall charger would fit in the garage. And if it does, it will also ask for the sale like a professional salesperson. Everything can be conducted through a chatbot using generative AI technology. Third, the final step would be the AI doing the thinking for you. Sure enough, Bill Gates said AI technology would be so transformative that it could alter user behaviors. And the race is on to create the next ultimate “personal agent.”” - “Whoever wins the personal agent, that’s the big thing, because you will never go to a search site again, you will never go to a productivity site, you’ll never go to Amazon again,” Gates said. That’s right. Imagine if you simply asked your AI personal assistant to order a shampoo for you. No need to scan through Amazon.com. (That is a rabbit hole that we can easily fall into!)
