Uber made “private chauffeurs” affordable. Microsoft and Apple made computers available to everybody. And so on. Hence this quote: - “The capitalist achievement does not typically consist in providing more silk stockings for queens, but in bringing them within reach of factory girls in return for steadily decreasing amounts of effort,” said Joseph Schumpeter. Today, you have an opportunity to invest in a technology that is currently enjoyed only by the elites in the investing world. What’s it? Investing with artificial intelligence. Let me give you an example. Stripes, a venture fund, has an outrageous track record of generating returns. I will share its annual return in a second. (You’ll be shocked.) Now, what’s the secret behind its success? “A secretive robot,” said Bloomberg. Its artificial intelligence robot flagged a little-known company in Switzerland named On Running as a “perfect fit” for the venture fund. In fact, it flagged On six times before Ken Fox (the founder of Stripes) finally flew to the company’s Zurich headquarters in the summer of 2017. And he invested in the company. Well, the fund’s stake in On Running netted a windfall of 18x of its original investment. Later, its investment in Monday.com delivered 22x. They also enjoyed similar returns from money transfer app Remitly Global Inc. and online education platform Udemy. Nice, right? But what makes it even more impressive is its loss ratio. Stripes is smart in protecting its losses by recording a loss ratio of around 5%. Nice, right? But since deploying the robot (known as SONAR) in its third fund, it cut the losses by three times to just 1.6%. And the AI gets better and better. The fourth fund has a loss ratio of below 1%. Did it make only ultra-safe investments with single-digit returns? Of course not. It’s a venture fund, after all. The fourth fund averaged an internal rate of return (net of fees) of more than 62%, according to Bloomberg. In fact, SONAR is basically running the venture capital firm. It recommends investments to the right investors at the firm. Meaning? If it identifies an opportunity, it also scans through the firm’s personnel and existing network that would seize it the best. Why is AI so effective? There are about 13 million companies that SONAR tracks all over the world. (This is how it discovered On Running which is based in Switzerland.) And it identifies just around 500 companies to pass along to Stripes’ investment team. Can humans scan through 13 million companies? No. What’s the takeaway? AI is the future of investing, and those who are not using AI in investing process will fall behind. TradeAlgo recognizes a potentially billion-dollar opportunity in creating an AI platform that serves as “super-intelligence” for retail investors. Stripes uses AI to generate superior returns. Citadel does the same in the stock market. It’s time for retail investors to own one, as well. We’ve built a world-class team of AI experts coming from prestigious universities like the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. The project is under way. Now is your opportunity to own private shares in our platform just before we launch it to the public. Once it gets launched, it may be too late. Seize the opportunity now. Not later.
