REGISTER NOW!]( Hello investor Jamie Dimon, the long-time CEO of JPMorgan Chase, fired a warning shot that was not getting enough attention from financial media. During the Investor’s Day, Dimon said the rates are likely to go up from the current place. In fact, it could go as high as 6%. This means a long battle ahead for the central bank to bring inflation down to its 2% target. What does this mean? A trader must trade DIFFERENTLY in a high interest rate environment. The playbook is a whole lot different than what you would do in a near-zero environment. And here’s one tip that you should know… Diversification is going to be critical. Top investors make mistakes. Even Warren Buffett called his investing performance in 50+ years a “subpar.” He was famous for listing his dumb investing mistakes. If Warren Buffett gets it wrong often, how do you expect a trader to bet all of his/her eggs on a single trade? He/she is almost certain to be wrong and get wiped out! Therefore, you should always have 10+ uncorrelated returns, as Ray Dalio loves to teach. This means that if a catalyst goes against one of your trades, it shouldn’t also affect all other trades. So, you can afford to be wrong often but still come out ahead. Meaning? DON’T bet all of your eggs on tech stocks. Higher rates often mean lower valuation for tech stocks. Maybe the rates will come down. But you don’t want to lay all of your eggs in tech stocks. That’s just ONE example of what you’d learn from attending my special webinar where I will show you how I’d trade in a high interest rate environment. So, be sure to attend my next session to learn my favorite tips. Come and join us at 8am PT / 11am ET.
