The latest to join the party is Xiaomi, who recently confirmed the launch of its next-generation foldable – Mix Fold 3. In response to a question about the company’s latest factory upgrade on the Chinese social media platform Weibo, Xiaomi President Lu Weibing said that the Mix Fold 3 will be launched sometime in August this year. He added that the upcoming foldable will be stronger and thinner compared to its predecessor – Mix Fold 2, which was termed as a strong competitor to Samsung’s latest foldable – Galaxy Fold 4. Xiaomi launched the Mix Fold 2 in August last year.
