This is my SECOND favorite stock this week

Hello Trader, There is a saying, history doesn't repeat… it rhymes. The same is true of stocks and today, I'm going to teach you one of my favorite trading setups, which I call the “flagpole” or “flag pattern”. I found this rare pattern twice in the market while preparing for this week. The first one I sent to [my subscribers]( in my Bullseye Trade of the week. Today I'm going to break down for you my second favorite trade idea for this week in IGT. I almost made it my trade of the week but not quite. I am not in this IGT trade yet, and I think it is a good example of what to look for in a great setup. Now, the flagpole is usually formed when good news powers a stock 10%+ higher in a day. Usually, this will be from spectacular news or an earnings beat. If you look at the chart below, IGT beat earnings estimates on November 8, and this led to a significant move higher, forming a flagpole. Since then, the stock has made a flag pattern. This is significant in that rather than selling off immediately and giving up gains as many stocks often do, there has been a buyer holding the stock price higher. This gets me really excited because there is potential for the stock to break out even higher from there after it consolidates. Traders who were betting against it by shorting the stock, tend to give up and buy it. Traders who want to buy the stock, but have been on the sidelines waiting to get long finally cave in and buy when the new breakout happens. Either way, there are a lot of reasons that this pattern has a tendency to push stocks even higher. So there it is, a textbook flagpole pattern in IGT. It is happening right now and I'm going to be stalking it daily for the right entry point for me, and as soon as I see it.
