Excited na ako! HAHA! ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ?

Excited na ako! HAHA! ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ Hi {NAME}! That’s me and my wife overjoyed to finally see our new baby come to life. (Hindi naman siguro magseselos sina Gucci at Coco. HAHA!) And hindi lang naman sa’min ‘to. HAHA! This is also the reason why I was out all day yesterday. Grabe kahapon… Sobrang nakakapagod kasi wala pa kaming maayos na tulog nun and pahinga. ‘Tapos sa sobrang busy namin to make sure we have everything we need on the soft opening… Wala na akong nagawang work tuloy. HAHA! Kasi naman, pumunta kami sa S&R to buy another equipment… ‘Tapos sa Landmark naman sa TriNoma to buy for more stuff… Then ayun, hinatid namin sa cafe ‘yung mga binili namin (pagabi na ‘yun, actually). Basta, sobrang daming nangyari kahapon. HAHA! By the way, {NAME}, invited ka ah? :) Tomorrow, December 8, is the soft opening of our purpose-driven cafe called Disciple Brew. If you know me, I have a strong faith in God… And this cafe’s mission is to bring people closer to Him through the shared love for coffee. :) Nandun ako starting 12 PM. Or 1 PM, depende sa traffic at sa gising ko. HAHA! But I’ll certainly be there. So if you’re nearby and free, Drop by and let’s talk? Magpakilala ka rin, please, kasi introvert ako. HAHA! Pero once we sit down and start talking… Expect mo na na magkaroon tayo ng mini mastermind. HAHA! Ganyan usually ang nangyayari sa’kin especially when I’m surrounded by like-minded individuals. Sobrang fruitful lang ng conversation, exchange of ideas… Pati nga strategy session eh. HAHA! We can talk about copywriting, business, life, etc. Anyways, I’m excited to meet you in person, {NAME}. :) Ito nga pala ulit ‘yung details ng soft opening: Date: December 8, 2023 Time: 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM Location: ETON CENTRIS Centris Walk Cluster 3 - 32A, EDSA corner Quezon Avenue, Brgy. Pinyahan, Quezon City (Between Gerry's Grill and Victory Q. Ave.) See you and thank you! Rooting for you, Mark Darwin Balaswit P.S. Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
