Hi {NAME}! Pansin mo rin ba ‘yung ongoing trend with regard to content consumption? From pure text-based content to image and video content… Which is understandable since the eyes prefer seeing colors and patterns over a series of letters combined in blocks. Kahit sa memorization, ‘di ba easier to recall ‘yung may picture association over full text lang? Add the fact that we’re in an era where doom scrolling is sort of a “habit” now, And the only reason consumers would pause if they saw something visually appealing or interesting. But it doesn’t mean text or copywriting is becoming obsolete. Because if you dig in deep… Every captivating image tells a story, and not everyone is adept at expressing them in words… Also, before high-quality videos are produced, There’s a storyboard and a script everyone involved have to follow for the content to make sense. All these need copywriting skills (not just creativity) to be effective. But then, at the same time, despite how crisp and vibrant the image and video quality are, Consumers of these popular media trends still prefer to read captions whenever available, Maybe for better info retention… But also, pwede rin na they can focus better when they read the captions while watching. Are you one of these consumers, {NAME}? If so, which one and why? Malay mo, mag-TikTok na lang ako bigla based sa sagot mo. Joke! HAHAHAHA. But yeah, that’s just an observation. Feel free to share your insights din. I want to know what you guys think.
