One day, a young man approached Socrates, one of the greatest philosophers of his time, and said, "Master, I want to gain wisdom and knowledge. Can you teach me?" "Sige," Socrates replied. He then led the young man to the nearby river. (*Nagtatagalog pala si Socrates. 😅) "What now, Master?" asked the young man. "Chill ka lang," Socrates said with a grin the young man never saw him make. "‘Lika nga dito." With much hesitation, the young man approached Socrates. "Ano gagawin sa’kin nito?" he asked himself with fear. As soon as he reached Socrates, he was grabbed by the hair and his head pushed underwater. "Blaaabrrr!! Blaraaabrrr!!" said the young man. And just when he was about to drown, Socrates pulled him up. "Do you still want wisdom and knowledge?" asked Socrates. Still in shock, the young man answered, "Yes, Master! Please tea–" Socrates pushed his head underwater for the second time even before the young man was able to answer. When he pulled the young man up, he asked, "How about now?" "Wisdom and kn–!" Socrates pushed his head underwater for the third time. When he pulled the young man up, he asked, "How about now?" "AIR!!! AIR!!! I WANT AIR!!!" shouted the young man while gasping for air. Socrates then said, "When you desire wisdom as desperately as you desired air, then you will get it." Now… I’m not sure if this actually happened or what (especially ‘yung pagta-Tagalog ni Socrates 😂) but… There’s so much wisdom in what Socrates said in this story. "‘Lika nga dito." … … … 😅 I mean this one: "When you desire wisdom as desperately as you desired air, then you will get it." It took me years of pursuing knowledge and wisdom which eventually got to where I am right now – by God’s grace, of course. Unfortunately, not a lot of people desire wisdom as they desire air like I and the young man do. No wonder they’re not as successful as they want to be. (Hindi talaga ako mahilig mag-sugarcoat sorry na HAHA!) Paano ko nasabi? Imagine… I have 10K+ email readers (+ almost 9k followers on Facebook) pero less than 20 people participated in my 88% DISCOUNT promo mechanics. Meron kasi akong super simple conditions para P1,200 na lang sisingilin ko instead of P10,000 per person – 100 people tagging 10 people lang sa FB post ko before midnight kanina. Sobrang dali lang, ‘di ba? I mean ano ba ‘yung 1 minute of tagging your friends who are dreaming of becoming successful too in exchange for P8,800 savings. HAHA! I guess my subscribers aren’t ready yet for their breakthroughs. (Unless sobrang successful na kasi in the first place that they don’t need to know how my mind operates. Anyways… Like I said, hindi ko na itutuloy ‘yung 3-day mindset workshop. (Hehe. I wasn’t bluffing when I said that.) I’m going to release that one for P10K or more. (Thinking of charging P50K and up pa nga para mas maging solid ‘yung program.) Sorry, {NAME}. Yesterday was your only chance. I’m kind of relieved though. Kasi part of the mindset hack I’m supposed to teach is how to expand your psychological wallet. Eh hindi hindi naman nakaka-expand ng psychological wallet ‘yung P1,200 for a 3-day workshop. 😅 Thank you… I guess? HAHA! Mark Darwin Balaswit P.S. This was me validating my offer before creating it by the way. The result was "No, it’s not worth it" and this is me listening to actual data. 😉 Sent to: {EMAIL} [Unsubscribe]( Top Dog Copywriter, Barangay Commonwealth, 1121 Quezon City, Philippines
