This is the HIDDEN COST of doing a business like mine – selling online courses as a personal brand. You don’t have to go through this though – ‘yung mumurahin ka out of nowhere ng mga hindi mo naman kilala in the first place. Pwede ka naman kumuha lang ng clients lang tapos sila ‘yung iba-bash ng tao. HAHAHAHAHA! Kidding aside… You can make money by just writing emails for businesses and brands. Hindi mo ako kailangang gayahin na affiliate marketer and course creator. (Yep. I’m selling my own copywriting courses din pero hindi s’ya available ngayon and mas mahal pa sa EUI ‘yung iba.) Now… Why am I doing this in the first place kahit namumura na pala ako behind the scenes? Well… It’s simply because I want to tell the world about this amazing opportunity that changed my life forever. Quick context lang kasi ang haba na pala nitong email na ‘to: I have no eye for design pero nag-aral ako ng website design and development because I wanted to resign from my corporate job and become a freelancer. And full transparency, sa lahat ng side hustles na na-try ko like reselling chocolates, books, chicken inasal, burger patty, etc… Email Copywriting lang talaga ‘yung nag-work for me… after so many years of trying. Now… I’m not saying that this is the thing that will change your life too. Pwede ka naman maging funnel designer, online business manager, social media manager/marketer, influencer, media buyer, etc. Pero if you’re starting with ZERO SKILLS, I highly suggest email copywriting (with the help of EUI) kasi Google Doc lang gamit namin dito – it’s FREE and easy to use. (There are times pa nga na sa phone lang ako nagsusulat ng email kapag nasa labas ako at may urgent eh. I still won’t recommend para sa mga walang laptop/desktop.) Tapos may email templates pa na provided for you na papalitan mo na lang literally ‘yung ibang details. Meron ding scripts that you can use when reaching out to businesses para maging curious and interested sila sa email copywriting/marketing services mo. Sobrang dali simulan compared sa ibang freelancing skills – and I’m saying this without bias. Tanong mo pa sa iba na gusto mag-shift sa email copywriting.
