I wish I’m just making this up

  "Ako na nitong MALETA pati si Coco. Ikaw na d’yan kay Gucci," I told my wife as we were about to leave the house. Medyo biglaang bakasyon beach vacation lang kasi sobrang stressed with life lately. Like… SOBRA. (Not stressed with the emails though. Madali lang naman ‘to. Hehe. Anyways, going back… I went downstairs and put the MALETA on the chair so I could put Coco inside the car. Then I went back inside to help my wife with Gucci. Delikado. Baka mahulog pa sila sa hagdan. "Pagpalitin mo na ‘yung Macbooks natin. Ikaw na gumamit nung sleeve ko. Baka magasgas ‘yung Pro mo. Bagong bago pa naman. ‘Yung akin luma na," I insisted kasi ayaw n’ya talaga sana kasi alam n’yang sensitive ako sa mga gamit ko. So she did. And she did it in the backseat kasi nakaayos na LAHAT ng gamit namin. Or so we thought. After driving for 4 hours, we finally arrived at the resort I was so relieved that there was someone waiting for us to assist us with our things. Madami dami din eh. May dalawang furbabies pa kami so hindi talaga kaya nang isahang bitbit lahat kung kaming dalawa lang. The relief lasted for about 13 seconds only though. 😅 As soon as I parked the car, we immediately got out of the car to give our things to the 2 kuyas who were ready to help us. "Asan ‘yung MALETA?" asked my wife. "Anong MALETA?" I asked her back. We looked at each other for about 2 seconds and that’s when we knew. ARRRRRGHHHHHH!!!!! NAIWAN KO ‘YUNG MALETAAAAA!!! Ayun. As soon as maasikaso namin si Gucci and Coco, umalis na agad kami to go to the nearest SM to buy clothes. Kahit underwear wala kami eh. Ayoko naman i-recyclye ‘to. 😅 Buti na lang meron malapit. One hour away lang naman from our resort. Malapit lang, ‘no? 😅 Praise God kasi meron kaming nadaanang Waltermart after 30 minutes of driving. So dun na lang kami nag-shopping. HAHA! Grabe. Takang taka pa ‘yung mga sales people dun kasi ang daming laman ng basket namin eh ‘yung iba tumitingin lang. Kung may bumili man 1-2 items lang. 😅 Ayun. Naka 7,400+ kami sa lahat lahat. 🥲 Hindi ko na i-enumerate kung ano ‘yung mga binili namin pero good for 3 days and 2 nights na bakasyo tapos walang recycle na damit. HAHA! Alam ko na na around ganito ‘yung magagastos ko because of my stupi–... I mean mistake. And yet, tinuloy ko pa din. Why? Well… Kaya nga ako nagbakasyon kasi sobrang stressed ko tapos mase-stress ako dahil wala na kaming masuot bukas? "Darwin, bakit hindi mo na lang binalikan? HAHAHAHA!" The thought crossed my mind pero I didn’t want to spend another 8 hours sa byahe. Not to mention baka makatulog ako sa pagod at madisgrasya pa. Mas malaking gastos. And most of all… Kaya ko naman na gumastos ng P7,400+ ng biglaan ngayon. (KLung employed pa din ako hanggang ngayon? Baka nagwala ako n’yan. Jk. HAHAHAHAHA!) This is not to brag or what.
