And did you know you can change it? [View in Browser]( [TONY ROBBINS]() “You have to know where you are to know where you’re going.” -TONY ROBBINS Influence is a skill worth mastering, {NAME}. In business and in relationships, the ability to influence is powerful. But influence is a two-way street: we must also master what influences us. Tony teaches that there are three spheres of influence {NAME}. And each individual values them differently, depending on where we are in our lives. While there is no right or wrong answer when it comes to the ideal balance for you, different areas of your life (your relationships, your wellness, your business) may grow, decline, or stay stagnate, depending on your largest sphere of influence. Or rather, your main focus in life. Sphere 1: Relationships Think intimate relationships, family (mother, father, brother, sister, children etc.), friends, neighbors, and teammates. Sphere 2: Self This is the nurturing and development of oneself – your hobbies, health and fitness, and attending Tony Robbins events. Sphere 3: Work/World/Mission Some people call it their work, some call it their mission – this is what you spend your days doing and how you contribute to your world. [spheres-equal.png] Here’s where it gets interesting {NAME}: Get out paper and a pen and draw three circles on a piece of paper, one for each sphere listed above. But wait... Don’t draw them all the same size. Draw them based on which spheres of influence has the greatest amount of your focus. [IMG_1466.JPG] In the graphic above, you’ll see the spheres of influence for this person are not the same size. Most of their time and energy goes to work. And they're likely to receive a lot of significance and validation from work (not a bad thing!). The goal isn’t to have all your spheres be the exact same size, but to examine how you can find a healthy balance that aligns with your core values. This person could grow their sphere of self and benefit from their own internal nurturing in a big way. They might see a boost in confidence, authenticity or accountability. There might be a level of flow in their life that wasn’t there before. Our relationship to each sphere of influence trickles out to the others, positively or negatively. {NAME}, looking at the circles you drew, how might you adjust your spheres of influence? What might that mean for your day to day? How might that feel? [Interested in learning more about the driving needs being met by each sphere?
