A [rat-shaped hole in a Windy Cindy sidewalk]( in Roscoe Village has attracted thousands of visitors, including the [Chicago Bulls’ mascot]( and multiple news anchors, to the quirky landmark. One couple got engaged next to it, others built a shrine near it, and one couple had an actual [wedding ceremony]( at the site. The rathole's days may be numbered, however, as local residents have complained about noise and vandalism. The hole was actually filled in with concrete last week, but onlookers dug it out. “We just wanted things to go back to normal," one neighbor told NBC News.
