The Latest   [Police arrested a 'violent repeat offender' suspected in the murder of the young tech CEO in Baltimore.]( Following a three-day manhunt, Baltimore police [arrested the man suspected of killing 26-year-old tech CEO]( Pava LaPere, a U.S. Marshal confirmed to NBC affiliate WBAL early this morning. Suspect Jason Billingsley, 32, was [apprehended at a train station]( in Bowie, Maryland, the U.S. Marshal said. Billingsley, who was also wanted in connection with an unrelated attempted murder, arson and rape earlier this month, had been wanted on a first-degree murder warrant in the killing of LaPere, the CEO and founder of the startup EcoMap Technologies. Billingsley is a “repeat violent offender,” Baltimore City State’s Attorney Ivan J. Bates said at a news conference. Authorities haven't identified any connection between LaPere and Billingsley.
