Cavalcante visited the homes of two former coworkers on Saturday night who were not there at the time, and an image captured on a doorbell camera showed he had shaved off his beard and was wearing a hooded sweatshirt, police said. He also stole a white van that was found abandoned about 40 minutes from the original search perimeter, authorities said. "No perimeter is 100% secure ever. I’m not going to make an excuse to you.
