Her disappearance started as a runaway, and it's unclear how she made it to Montana. "She showed up to a police department. She identified herself as Alicia Navarro. She basically asked for help to clear her off of a missing juvenile list," the spokesperson said. Police said they received thousands of tips in the search for her over the years.
