He was arrested earlier this month on suspicion of misleading the police investigation into her disappearance and remains in custody. He is expected to be arraigned today, and his attorney did not comment on the murder warrant. Prosecutors said last week that Brian Walshe allegedly purchased $450 of goods, including mops and cleaning supplies, from Home Depot a day after the mother of three disappeared.
