THE LATEST [ð² Biden is expected to announce the cancellation of some student loan debt.]( President Biden is expected to announce today that he will [cancel $10,000 in federal student loans]( for borrowers making $125,000 a year or less. He also is expected to [extend the federal student loan payment pause]( for several more months, multiple sources told NBC News. A White House spokesman said yesterday that no final decision has been made yet about student debt cancellation. Roughly 45 million Americans have student debt. [ð More than 280,000 Hyundai and Kia vehicles are being recalled over fears of catching on fire if parked inside.]( Hyundai and Kia are [recalling nearly 300,000 of their large SUVs]( after reports of at least 25 fires in the U.S. and Canada involving trailer hitch wiring. The recalls cover more than [245,000 Hyundai Palisades and over 36,000 Kia Tellurides]( from the 2020 through 2022 model years. The companies are telling owners to [park their vehicles outdoors and away from buildings](. Kia said it doesn't have a fix at the moment, while Hyundai said its dealers will inspect wiring and remove a fuse to avoid the fire hazard. [ð¦ A drought has revealed dinosaur tracks from 113 million years ago at a park in Texas.]( Excessive drought conditions this summer have uncovered [113-million-year-old dinosaur tracks]( at the aptly named Dinosaur Valley State Park in Texas. The tracks belong to [two different species of dinosaur](, a theropod called Acrocanthosaurus believed to have stood 15 feet tall, and a sauropod called Sauroposeidon believed to have been about 60 feet tall and weighing 44 tons, a park official told TODAY.
