Walmart has agreed to pay $45 million to customers, with some shoppers [receiving up to $500](. "We still deny the allegations, however we believe a settlement is in the best interest of both parties," Walmart told us in a statement. [A father, 45, was shocked to find what he thought was a pinched nerve was actually a rare cancer.]( Last summer, Pennsylvania postal carrier Len Barchanowicz, 45, experienced sharp pangs in his neck that [felt like a pinched nerve](.
