To Our T9 Community: This whole Covid thing just su*ks, to put it mildly. And the last thing anybody

[title nine]( [NEW]( [APPAREL]( [SWIM]( [BRAS]( To Our T9 Community: This whole Covid thing just su*ks, to put it mildly. And the last thing anybody needs is another letter from a company founder telling you what we are doing to slow the spread of Covid-19. At the end of the day, the best thing we can do is follow [CDC guidelines]( and use some common sense. Yes, we are worried about our family, our community, and our fellow T9ers. And yes, we're taking steps to limit the spread, including closing our retail stores effective immediately, rapidly learning to work from home, and mastering both the art and science of social distancing. But, for now, there’s far more that we do NOT know about Covid than we do know. Rumors run rampant and real, true data is scarce. So I thought I'd share some of the most helpful information and tips I've come across: - I like this [graphic]( from the Washington Post as it explains the current thinking on strategies for containing the virus. Hint: extensive social distancing seems to be the key. - Cut everybody a lot of slack. We are all doing the best we can in the face of a lot of unknowns. - The urge to hoard is real. I experienced it at the grocery store this weekend. But resist the urge and there will be enough for all of us. - Wash your hands, wash your hands, wash your hands. - A good ride, run, hike, or walk is a great antidote to the blues of social distancing. And lastly, I've found that I am most anxious when my attention turns to the things I cannot control. And I am most calm when I stay focused on those things I CAN control. So for myself, I'll try to maintain those safe social distances (which is HARD for me). I'll wash my hands, buckle my seat belt, try to get plenty of sleep, and hug my family. And yes, I'm still gonna get in my workout. We’re all in this together, and together we will get ourselves out of it. Thanks for reading.
