But, we're 0 days from tonight's End of Month Fundraising Deadline.  [This is the last End of Month Fundraising Deadline of the primary and we're running $7,768 short. Unions, local leaders, and most importantly grassroots supporters like you have constantly humbled me on the campaign trail.  This Tuesday marks our next hurdle: the Democratic primary.  We know that we need a change in Congress, that someone needs to take down party-flipping, anti-abortion Jeff Van Drew. As a law enforcement official, civil rights attorney, and lifelong Democrat, I know have the background to represent our community.  Our campaign has been running strong, but we need to keep momentum going through the primary.  [{NAME}, we're just $6,768 short of our End of Month Fundraising Goal. [timalexander-circlecrop]( As a New Jersey native, Tim enjoyed a long and distinguished career in law enforcement for the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office as a Detective Captain of the Criminal Investigation Section. After retiring from the Prosecutor’s Office, Tim immediately began working for the Philadelphia District Attorney as a member of the Philadelphia Youth Aid Panel. Later, Tim joined the Civil Rights Unit for the Philadelphia Solicitor’s Office. Eventually, Tim left public service and went into private practice handling civil litigation and currently is “Of Counsel” for Helmer, Conley & Kasselman, P.A. Tim continues to provide legal service in many aspects of law but concentrates his practice on Civil Rights and Employment Discrimination. Tim was born and raised in Newark, NJ where his personal journey led him to public service. Tim earned a bachelor’s degree in business management and a master's degree in business administration from Drexel University and a J.D. from Rutgers University.
