Wade was released, trigger laws across the country fell into place – putting some of the harshest bans and restrictions on abortion we've seen in the last 50 years. Right now, Abortion is explicitly protected under New Jersey State law, but folks like Van Drew, Trump, and the MAGA extremists are responsible for these intense restrictions across the nation. After retiring from the Prosecutor’s Office, Tim immediately began working for the Philadelphia District Attorney as a member of the Philadelphia Youth Aid Panel. Later, Tim joined the Civil Rights Unit for the Philadelphia Solicitor’s Office. Eventually, Tim left public service and went into private practice handling civil litigation and currently is “Of Counsel” for Helmer, Conley & Kasselman, P.A.
