But, if we take a step back and evaluate what we're actually doing, how much of it is impactful? How much of our day-to-day tasks contribute to the metrics that should matter? Stay with me. 💡 Impact vs. Activity💡 At Thrive Themes, we've been challenged this quarter to revise our workflows and ask ourselves, "Are we busy being "busy" or are we busy with work that helps us achieve our key outcomes?"  And I'd like to pose the same thing to you. We've just passed two quarters of the year. How's it been for you? Have you been focused on the right things, or did you get caught up in a hive of activity that seemed productive but wasn't? You might have built 20 funnels, sent out 2,000 emails, and created four new products, but what are the results saying? Did this work lead to more conversions? Did your average order value increase? Has your customer base grown? Work is only as good as the outcomes it leads to. If you used AI to generate 200 articles but your metrics haven't shifted, was it really a win? Don't get me wrong; using AI to improve your processes and increase your output can be beneficial. But, at the end of the day, what matters is what you got out of it. No one wants to spend hours on work that brings in minimal results.  So, the solution is simple. Take a look at what you've done in the last six months and highlight the strategies that worked. Find ways to optimize them to see if you can get even more results from these areas. Next, take a look at what didn't work. We all have to do this, so don't feel like it's just you. Then, start to cull. Whittle down the funnels, reduce the emails, and focus on creating high-value content people actually want to read. Set your new metrics for the quarter and outline the tasks that will get you there. Keep an eye on your progress and optimize where necessary. You may be surprised to find that less actually is more and you get to achieve your targeted outcomes without burning out.
