There are little gel sticker signs that say “Creepy in a Cute Way,” and “What a Beautiful Nightmare,” and I traipse past large paper cut-outs of ghouls and vampires every time I enter or exit the building. I would say I’m unfazed by it, but it’s admittedly a little fun to cohabitate with some decorations, even if a closer look sends a shiver down my spine. Sometimes, shivers can be just as good for spine health as stretching and kundalini yoga. Is there a wellness trend that has to do with fear? Please advise.
