Sadly, that didn’t help at all, but it’s the kind of wherewithal we need to be implementing into our lives at this time, even if sometimes it doesn’t work and you send a joke to someone and they just text back “haha.” I also recommend going to the gym and getting on a treadmill, even though I myself would never engage in that kind of behavior (bad knees/attitude), or eating a big plate of vegetables, which I also shouldn’t do (energy healer says I need to be on a high carb/red wine diet).
