Okay forget the twang. We all know that 4/20 isn’t just for one kind of person anymore. Cannabis has become a much more universal pastime, and you might not be surprised to learn that both the serious bank teller you just spoke to or the mother of four who lives next door enjoy a toke now and again. I once took a nibble of a certain special baked good and attended Phantom of the Opera on Broadway with a friend, at which I became so overcome with fits of laughter, I thought the ushers were going to ask me to leave. They did not, though it was a close call, and I spent the rest of the performance after the initial meltdown utterly enthralled, my imagination having fully boarded the phantom’s 19th century underground Parisian opera gondola. Given that anecdote, what kind of 4/20 celebrant am I? There’s no one way to define a cannabis-lover these days, but there are certainly different kinds of highs and different kinds of experiences for different kinds of people, and we’ve got a wide range of content to meet your various needs, from 4/20 festivals, to tips on enjoying a nice introverted at-home experience, to chic edibles, and even some non-cannabis-related content for good measure. I am off to eat a gummy and call my health insurance company. Just kidding, that would be a nightmare. Thankfully, 4/20 doesn’t fall before Tax Day.
