Yesterday we told you all about our favorite beach towns, but what about the beaches themselves? Moonlight Beach in Cali has spectacular cliffs and some sweet places to skateboard. Bear Island in North Carolina is the perfect place to kayak or admire some maritime forests. Block Island is one of the best places to surf in the Northeast. So slather on some SPF 167 and bring a book you’ll never even take out of the bag. It’s beach time!
