I went for what I thought would be a walk in the fresh air and came home feeling like my skull had been filled up with a bike pump. Nothing that a little Flonase and 40 gallons of water won’t fix. What is the consensus on water? I feel like generally Wellness People think you should drink so much water in a day that you spend half of it in the bathroom, but then I’ve also heard mumblings that there are Wellness People who think you shouldn’t drink that much water. Rarer still are those who suggest that you ought to just drink water when you are thirsty and that we get plenty of water from various sources. I’ve been veering toward that opinion, but then as soon as I internalize that I’ll see another ad in which some smooth-faced, photoshopped black and white celebrity is selling a new brand of extra-special water from a spring in outer space that has never been touched by humans. Enough of that, you have Thrillist articles to read. From the Midwestern state that’s a summer hiatus to a recipe for lobster rolls to seven CBD-infused cocktails to California’s grand reopening plans to the best books of the year so far… Keep scrolling to learn more. After all that, I’m off to have a glass of water, as I do suspect it will improve my allergies. Turns out I’m a water evangelist after all. Dry skin? Try water… Bad breath? Water. Unemployed? First things first, you need to stay hydrated. I hope you’re hydrating today and I’ll see you soon.
