There are several local, state, and federal emergency action planning regulations and standards with which we are required to comply. However, I have a great partnership with our security and facilities teams, so we collaborate regularly on developing, implementing, and updating our emergency action plans. This collaborative approach has worked very well. What upcoming technology has the potential to change your business? I am interested in AI-powered automation and how it is currently evolving in various operations across different industries. I work in healthcare, and we have clinical, office, and warehousing operations in which automation generally presents opportunities for risk and injury reduction.
