Hi {NAME}, I’m a CBD fan, through and through. For years and years I avoided it because the people that I was generally around made me feel like I was doing something terribly wrong by taking it. And truthfully, having a pattern of addiction in my own life in the past, I was hesitant to use it. But about 7 years ago when my father passed away, I really wanted something to help me get through some anxious periods of my life. I didn’t want to turn to alcohol, and I was already leveraging exercise as much as possible (probably to my detriment). So I tried [CBD]( it was nothing like I had thought it was going to be… It was better. I didn’t feel out of body, or weird. I felt loose, relaxed, and got the sleep that I really needed. Nowadays, It’s a staple for me. Somewhat for sleep, but more than anything to manage some of the joint stiffness I have as a result of some degenerative discs from when I was so overweight. The evidence on CBD is also strong, it just seems as though there is a stigma that sometimes prevents that evidence from getting out there as much as it should. There is a fair bit of evidence pointing to it being an anti-inflammatory, which could explain why it helps with my stiffness and potentially why it helps with my sleep so much as well. I typically use one that is combined with CBN, as it seems to have a little bit more of a sedative like effect at night (I don’t always use it for sleep, mainly when I am traveling or having a rough patch). For what it’s worth, the one that I would recommend is from [Cured Nutrition](. I prefer it because it is mostly CBD with a slight amount of CBN. This way I get the anti-stiffness effect with a slight relaxing component. [Code THOMAS20 gets you 20% off]( For me, I think I sleep so well with the Night Oil product because the CBD is helping me with my own joint issues (again, that’s anecdotal). If you’re on the fence, I’m here to tell you, try it, you’ll love it. This is a 20% off discount link as well: [USE CODE THOMAS20 HERE FOR 20% OFF ANY CBD]( They have a whole bunch of products ranging from Sleep, to focus, and another cool product called Zen which is a great one for just taking in the evening in general. One of the things I have noticed the most, is that when I am working a lot, I tend to live "in my head" quite a bit. What I mean by that is this… I’m less present in my own body and start overthinking and really feeling a sort of head in the clouds feeling. People think that CBD makes them MORE head in the clouds, when in reality, I feel way more grounded when I use it. I’ve even chalked it up to something that I need to just have as part of my arsenal. We’re all born with some quirks, and my quirks are that I am an anxious, high energy person. It makes me good at what I do, but it also makes it hard for me to turn off sometimes… This can be problematic. Drinking only caused problems. Exercise works, but its still chasing a high. Meditation has been a game changer, but sometimes I need something to help me get MORE out of my meditation. CBD has helped me find that middle ground. Don’t think of it as a sleep aid. Don’t think of it as an "anti-anxiety" or mood altering compound. Think of it as something to help restore how you felt in your 20s a bit more. I can’t guarantee you’ll have the same results that I have had, but if you’re anything like me, you will likely notice something good. Don’t let other people get in your head about it. The evidence is there. See you tomorrow, Thomas Sent to: {EMAIL} [Unsubscribe]( Thomas DeLauer, PO Box 1120, Stateline, NV 89449, United States
