Hi {NAME}, Controversial? I think it may have been about 7-10 years ago, but nowadays the research on CBD for sleep is quite strong. Problem is, everyone and their brother came out with some form of CBD for sleep, and people stopped trusting some of the research on it. I get how that can happen. My mom always taught me that when everyone is running one direction - start running the other direction! It’s always worked for me to find newer and emerging research. With sleep, I would have given my hair (not an arm) to be able to have restful sleep. After having my son almost 6 years ago, my sleep just changed forever. I’ve learned all the different tricks, but I have definitely found that CBD works really well for increasing my DEEP SLEEP. I’ve been using the Z[EN BLEND from Cured Nutrition]( because it is a blend of CBD plus Mushrooms (reishi, skullcap, and adaptogenic ashwagandha. I’m telling you, it works. Like REALLY works. My Oura ring data suggested that my REM sleep stayed about the same (I always get decent REM), but my Deep sleep increased by 15%. Now, this is my own experience. I cannot guarantee this will happen for everyone, but I've done it all: - Magnesium (works insanely well) - Theanine (works super well especially with magnesium) - GABA (works great occasionally to cycle) But nothing increased my DEEP sleep which is super critical for me as someone that works out. Deep sleep is when the actual body recovery happens. Growth hormone pulses, muscle repair, etc. If you are active, or just struggle with deep sleep, I highly recommend you try something a bit more serious like the Zen product (20mg CBD + Adaptogens). Here’s a 20% Off Discount Link: [( and code THOMAS20 will get you 20% off anything on their site. They have some more aggressive options too that also have CBN in them and some other compounds. Like their [CBD/CBN Night Oil - Holy smokes]( They even have a product called RISE which utilizes CBD in a calming energy fashion to use during the day. They also have some really good deals on bundles if you want to go all the way. For what it’s worth, I am seeing a lot of positive use-cases for CBD during night and day to help with anxiousness throughout the day. But there is something super important to remember with taking CBD or anything like this for sleep. Remember, it is an effective lever to pull. So use it when you know you can get some restful sleep, because it will probably send you into a deep slumber (perhaps try it on a weekend first) There is a lot of stuff out there claiming to be legit, but you have to trust your own gut and your own response with something like this (including magnesium, theanine, CBD, etc) Above all, I trust my own gut and what works for me. Never, EVER, discount your own gut feeling or response to something for no one, and I mean NO ONE can tell you that something doesn’t work for you if it legitimately does work for you. I have come across a couple of people that said CBD didn’t do much for them… I tried to fight with them on the science and why it works so well…. Then I realized… IT DOESN’T MATTER. This works for me and helps MY Sleep. And that is all that matters. Anyhow, I recommend you try it out. Check out their site and give some of their products a try under their SLEEP tab. [( Here’s to at least a few nights of serious, deep sleep. Thomas Sent to: {EMAIL} [Unsubscribe]( Thomas DeLauer, PO Box 1120, Stateline, NV 89449, United States
