I don't only do this when I travel, I do this at home, too. With a five year old and a three year old at home, they bring home some sicknesses, and this year, I gotta say, it's been hefty. I'm not perfect. I run my body into the ground between how much I workout, how much I fast, how much I work... I'm not always proud of the stress I inflict upon myself. Bottomline is that I need to have stop-gaps in place to help me, ESPECIALLY when I travel and I am even more run down. Here's my go-to list when it comes down to immune support and (especially) travel: 1) Cod Liver Oil: With a naturally occurring hefty amount of Vitamin D, This is where I get a decent amount of my supplemental vitamin D. I don't take synthetic Vitamin D because I don't like depleting myself of Vitamin A. Cod Liver Oil solves that problem for me as well. Has Vitamin D, Vitamin A and Omega 3s which check a lot of boxes for me in terms of immune support. 2) 4-500mg Magnesium, Nightly: Helps me relax, helps me sleep, and of course, gets me an absorbable amount of magnesium that helps my immune system. If I sweated a lot or am extra dehydrated, I might bump this up to 800mg. I always use a dimagnesium malate form so it doesn't send me running to the toilet. 3) [Red and Green Drinks:]( Especially if I am on the go and cannot get adequate greens in. This day in age, it's kind of foolish to not have some green drinks or red drinks (or both) handy. It's nice to know that when I am traveling, I can have a scoop of reds or a scoop of greens and cover a LOT of bases. Here's a [20% off discount link]( and FREE SHIPPING (USE CODE THOMAS2023) for Organifi which is the brand that I use. I usually use their reds drink even when I am not traveling, but I love adding their greens to the mix as well. As far as immune system goes, though, they also add adaptogens so that can help the body adapt to stressors and build some more resiliency. Just a smart blend altogether that not a lot of brands have thought about doing. Use Code THOMAS2023 at [Organifi.com/Thomas2023]( for 20% Off and Free Shipping through Monday. 4) Garlic Extract: Okay, now I sound like a freak. But no, really. This stuff has some serious data behind it. It has been demonstrated to reduce instance of colds and also decrease the lengths of colds. Wicked study published in Advances in Therapy gave 146 volunteers a placebo or a garlic supplement for 12 weeks and found that garlic significantly reduced the number of colds by 63% and the average length of cold by 70%! This is one of those things that just blows my mind that it isn't talked about more! It's absolutely unreal! 5) (optional) Beef Liver Capsules: If I am in a place that I can consume good quality beef liver, I will always opt for the real thing. But beef liver capsules with desiccated liver are not a bad alternative if you're in a jam and just need that b12, vitamin A, and some other vital nutrients. This on-the-go power pack does help me out a ton when I am traveling. If I feel like I am super compromised, I will add 25mg of zinc into the mix, but I try not to add it on the daily unless I really feel compromised! Hope this gives you some tips and tricks! And Don't forget to grab [20% off Organifi Red and Green Drink Powder]( this weekend! Thomas Sent to: {EMAIL} [Unsubscribe]( Thomas DeLauer, PO Box 1120, Stateline, NV 89449, United States
