Hi {NAME}, These snacks are awesome and have super low calories AND super low carb. One of the biggest problems I see time and time again is people finding low carb snacks that are ALSO very calorically dense. Now I donât count calories, but I do pay attention to energy dense foods. And on keto or low carb, itâs super tough too find low carb and low calorie options. 1) Mallow Munch: Holy cow this stuff is insane. It is an 80-calorie low carb marshmallow rice cereal bar⦠Yup, a lot like what we grew up eating. Only a couple grams of net carbs because itâs made with protein crisps instead of rice and itâs sweetened with allulose (which you know I am a fan of). Hereâs a discount link that is good through Friday for 25% Off (use code TD25) - [Perfect Keto Mallow Munch]( Rice Crispies Treats were a big part of my childhood. Not proud of it, but they were. So having this as an option that is only 80 calories and low fat, low carb and high protein just makes me smile. Perfect Keto really knocked it out of the park with this one. Especially in a world that is full of super high-fat, calorie dense keto snacks. >> [25% with Code TD25 Here]( 2) Nonfat Greek Yogurt with Collagen: This is a weird one. Normally, I am all about the higher fat, high quality dairy, but in this case, when I am looking for a snack that is lower calorie, I go for fat-free greek yogurt. Problem is, itâs not that creamy when youâre used to full-fat dairy. Fun tip - if you add a scoop of pure collagen protein (usually chocolate) with nothing else (no MCT or anything), it completely alters the flavor profile and makes it smoother and creamier. So now youâre talking a 120 calorie snack with no fat to it. Just add a couple drops of monk fruit or stevia to make it sweet, too. Oh, btw youâre also looking at maybe 7-8g carbs at the most. 3) Good Quality Deli Turkey Breast (I get the Costco one) with Dijon Mustard: It may not sound like rocket science, but this is a drn good snack when you are looking to grab something salty. Costco has a deli sliced turkey breast that is only turkey and salt as the ingredients. I opt for that one and then I get dijon mustard. I try to get stone ground since it adds some texture and a different feel. Something aboout making a roll up with 3-4 slices of turkey with some mustard is beyond satisfying and only has about 75 calories. Not to mention the protein ultimately reduces the caloric imact because it takes more energy to digest. 4) Seaweed Snacks + Chomps (or any meat stick) Sticks: This is a weird combination that I came up with when I was kind of craving a sushi like treat. Seawed is obviously very low caloric density (not to mention very dense in minerals and then I opt for the Chomps sticks that are Turkey because they are 60-calories vs 110-120. So in the grand scheme of trying to find a low energy-dense snack, the turkey takes the cake. Just try the combo. If you donât find it to be super satiating, Iâd be surprised. It might sound totally whacky to be opting for lower-fat snacks on a lower carb plan. But itâs really not. The notion that "eating fat burns fat" is really flawed because it implies that calories donât matter at all. Of course they still matter, and itâs very easy to over eat high fat snacks. This does not mean that I donât want you to enjoy some farm fresh eggs with olive oil and feta cheese It means that when you are ready to reach for a snack, you donât go grab a handful of fat bombs that total 600-calories in a large mouthful! If youâre craving sweet, go for Mallow Munch (discount link [here]( until Friday), if youâre just hungry, try the turkey and mustard, if you need some volume of food, the yogurt + collagen option is for you, and if youâre just feeling exotic (lol) try the seaweed turkey stick. As always, thanks for your time! Thomas Sent to: {EMAIL} [Unsubscribe]( Thomas DeLauer, PO Box 1120, Stateline, NV 89449, United States
