{NAME}, have you heard of Ross Butler? He was one of the actors on Netflix's 13 Reasons Why and you may recognize him from the movie Shazam. Anyway, I have been coaching him for a while and we just started working on his next movie prep where he is playing an MMA fighter (in other words, he needed to be ripped). So we sat down and [filmed a video together]( going over the meal plan that I put him on as well as his full weekly DEXA scan results. Here's the Video: [Ross Butler Does Intermittent Fasting]( He was doing keto + intermittent fasting along with specific carbohydrate re-feeds. Right up the alley of the stuff I talk about on my channel. We talk about his eating schedule, his workouts, his specific diet and we get pretty granular (the interview is 30 mins + and we cover EVERYTHING). We also get down to his supplement stack that he used, including using [LMNT Electrolytes]( during his fasting periods (which by the way, here is a link for a free sample pack of eight LMNT packets if you've been wanting to try them out - [LINK HERE FOR SAMPLES]( People really like to see solid case studies as to why things work the way they do. So this video serves as a pretty high profile case-study. Ross Butler's [visceral fat levels dropped SIGNIFICANTLY]( in just four weeks on the diet that I put him on and he actually GAINED muscle while losing fat in the first 3 weeks, It just helps to have context and know what he is doing specifically, so you can watch the full video here. Also, a huge thanks to LMNT for offering up the free samples of their electrolytes to Ross and now my newsletter readers. [Everybody definitely loves a freebie]( (+ a couple bucks shipping). Check out the video and I will see you....... Tomorrow! Thomas Sent to: {EMAIL} [Unsubscribe]( Thomas DeLauer, PO Box 1372, Zephyr Cove, NV 89448, United States
