My simple method for relieving stress..

Hi, When things get a little bit overwhelming, I get in my car, blast some 90's pop music and get a large Cherry Coke with pebble ice. I have friends who clean their house or exercise when they get stressed... why oh why do I have no desire to clean or work out?! The other thing I do - get to work. I turn on my computer and dive into creating new posts, printables, ideas. It's what I love to do and it helps me focus on something else when there are things that are out of my control. Our family has had our fair share of trials over the years. We've had [hard decisions](=) with my oldest son and when my Dad passed away from cancer it rocked me to my core. Having an outlet is what saved me. I've done photography classes, took a Hip Hop class, trained for a half marathon and sprint triathlon. When things get tough, I get busy. What works for you?
