[ISIS militants kill at least 24 in Iraq, Yemen] Islamic State militants killed at least 12 people and wounded 25 others Sunday in an attack on a natural gas plant in Iraq, officials said. A car bomb exploded at the gate in Taji, just north of Baghdad, before suicide bombers entered the plant. In Yemen, a purported ISIS suicide bomber killed 12 people and wounded 17 others outside a police base. [South Texas bus crash kills 8, injures 44] A charter bus headed to a casino in southern Texas crashed Saturday, killing eight people and injuring 44 others.
