Also inside: Twitter Files (part 13), and White House Conspiracy Thursday, Jan 12, 2023  Happy Thursday, {NAME}!  Well, this is embarrassing…  As you know, we usually kick off these emails with a fun historical fact about today’s date. Normally that fact ties into our latest content, and sometimes it’s just plain old fun. But we’ve been working so hard over the past week that we literally forgot what day it was.  WHOOPS!  So, today we’re going to talk about what happened exactly 59 years (and one day) ago. Thanks in advance for your patience. [wink]  On January 11th, 1964, U.S. Surgeon General Luther Terry announced that smoking cigarettes was linked to lung cancer. This was MAJOR news at the time, since a large percentage of people smoked back then (including doctors). The American medical establishment shed light on an extremely important health issue that has undoubtedly saved the lives of tens (if not hundreds) of millions Americans.  The tobacco industry fought back hard, doing everything they could to debunk or minimize the claim that their products caused cancer. One company even ran an ad campaign to promote their new micronite filters, claiming that the new technology made their cigarettes safe.   There was only one problem… Kent’s micronite filters contained crocidolite asbestos fibers, the most hazardous of the six types of asbestos. Yikes.  Still, science and health won out in the end. Every single pack of cigarettes now contains a cancer warning, and there’s not a smoker alive who isn’t aware of the risks. Unfortunately, the relationship between our public health institutions and the private sector has changed drastically.  Thanks to ad funding, political donations, boardroom appointments, and shady backroom deals, our health and regulatory bodies are now in the pockets of the private sector. This was made abundantly clear in the latest Twitter Files, which revealed that former FDA commissioner Scott Gottlieb – who is now a highly-paid board member for Pfizer, reached out to Twitter to remove information that could hurt the company’s bottom line.  And it’s not just regulatory agents that have been compromised. The pharmaceutical industry is the largest supporter of the tech and media industries, funneling billions of dollars in the form of ad revenue.  That’s why it wasn’t surprising when we learned that the largest news conglomerates in the world had teamed up with the largest tech and social media companies in the world to silence us and others who shared the truth about COVID-19, its origins, the government’s response, and its treatments.  But what these companies call a “partnership,” Federal antitrust law calls a “group boycott.” It is a violation of the Sherman Act and it is illegal. So we’re suing them.  We’ve got all these stories and more on deck for you today (which is January 12th, NOT January 11th, so… Let’s dive in!  Illegal Censorship by Legacy Media Killed Americans  Yesterday, we filed an antitrust lawsuit against some of the world’s biggest media companies for illegally colluding to silence competing rival news publishers who challenge their own views about COVID-19 in the online market. These companies include The BBC, the Associated Press, the Washington Post, and Reuters.   The American people have lost trust in these legacy news corporations because they have failed to report the truth. This has been abundantly evident since the emergence of COVID-19, when companies like the BBC, Associated Press, and others have dutifully regurgitated the script passed down by their overlords in the pharmaceutical industry.  Unlike tech and legacy media, we aren’t beholden to the pharmaceutical industry. We have one simple goal: to share the truth with as many people as we possibly can so that they can make the most informed decisions about their health and the health of their families. So we’re taking them to court.  >> [Landmark Lawsuit Filed Against Legacy Media]( <<   How Scott Gottlieb Silenced Factual COVID Info  In Part 13 of the Twitter Files, we'll show how Scott Gottlieb - a current Pfizer board member and former FDA commissioner - pressured Twitter to remove factual information about COVID-19 in order to protect his financial interests.   Newly-released internal emails show that Scott Gottlieb communicated directly with Twitter to remove factual information about how natural immunity is stronger and lasts longer than any immunity that may be provided from the COVID shots.  He also tried to silence factual statements that children are virtually immune to any serious illness from COVID-19. Whether or not it’s relevant that Gottlieb’s company – Pfizer – would soon have their COVID shots approved for children as young as 5 years old is entirely up to you to decide.  So how will Pfizer react to the black-and-white proof from Twitter’s records that one of its most powerful board members secretly tried to suppress debate on the mRNA jabs that have been by far its best-selling product since 2020?  >> [FDA Commissioner Joins Pfizer, Tries to Silence COVID Truth]( <<   White House Colluded w/ Twitter to Censor  A series of January 6th tweets by Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey detailed how Biden officials sought to censor tweets by Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., chairman and chief litigation counsel of Children’s Health Defense, and others.  Citing documents and emails between social media employees and White House officials, Bailey exposed how the White House sought to censor Kennedy for a tweet questioning “suspicious” deaths of elderly individuals after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine and seeking a good faith investigation into the true causes of the deaths.   Legal experts familiar with the ongoing Louisiana and Missouri lawsuit told The Defender that Biden administration and federal government officials have until now claimed during their depositions that they never explicitly directed social media companies to remove content.  Instead, they claimed the government provided these platforms with “the science,” with no expectation, partnership, or knowledge of what they would do with it. According to legal experts, Meta claimed Kennedy and CHD were never targeted by name in the federal government’s communications with the platform.  However, Bailey cited an email showing government officials clearly called for the removal of Kennedy’s tweet about Hank Aaron’s death.  >> [More White House Censorship Efforts Exposed]( <<   “Information is the oxygen of the modern age.”  ~ Ronald Reagan  To Your Health & Liberty,  © Copyright 2022, TTAC Publishing LLC, All Rights Reserved. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
