Also Inside: Twitter Files 7 & 8 Happy Thursday, {NAME}!  Christmas is almost upon us! Like most of you, we’re gearing up with last minute gift-wrapping, holiday cooking, and some household cleaning before hosting family. But we haven’t forgotten about each and every one of YOU!  We’ve got a few more articles from this week that we don’t want you to miss. We’re starting off with parts 7 and 8 of the ongoing Twitter Files. Revelations about the FBI’s involvement with the tech giant are truly shocking. From multi-million dollar payments to requests to “whitelist” federal propaganda accounts used to promote foreign wars, this information continues to be truly shocking.  Oh – and it turns out that the FBI had Hunter Biden’s laptop a full TEN MONTHS before the New York Post story came out! They KNEW it was legit and still groomed and pressured social media companies to censor it before the election. Truly awful.  On a lighter note, we’ve got some advice for “eating with the season” that can help you avoid the dreaded holiday weight that so many of us tend to pack on this time of year. Yesterday was officially the first day of winter, and we’ve got 10+ winter foods that will help keep you balanced and healthy this season.  We know it’s a busy week for all of us, so without further gilding the lily and with no more ado…  Let’s dive in!  Twitter Files Part 7  In Part 6 of the Twitter Files, we saw the FBI relentlessly seek to exercise influence over Twitter, including over its content, its users, and its data. In Part 7, we’ll learn how the FBI & intelligence community discredited factual information about Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings before the New York Post broke the story about Biden’s laptop… and how the FBI gave Twitter nearly $3.5 million for their cooperation.   Did you know that the FBI had Hunter Biden’s laptop back in December of 2109 – almost a year before the New York Post story that they worked to discredit? They KNEW that the laptop was genuine (as were its contents proving that the Bidens were benefiting from suspicious business deals with foreign actors). They lied to the American people and pressured tech platforms to bury the story. And we’ve got proof.  >> [How the FBI Lied to Americans]( <<   Twitter Files Part 8  Twitter has claimed for years that they make concerted efforts to detect & thwart gov-backed platform manipulation. But behind the scenes, Twitter gave approval & special protection to the U.S. military’s online psychological influence operations.  In Part 8, we’ll find out how Twitter quietly aided the pentagon’s covert online PsyOp campaign. Despite promises to shut down covert state-run propaganda networks, Twitter docs show that the social media giant directly assisted the U.S. military’s influence operations.   Despite knowledge that Pentagon propaganda accounts used covert identities, Twitter did not suspend many for around 2 years or more. Some remain active. The U.S. propaganda network relentlessly pushed narratives against Russia, China, and other foreign countries. And as we’ve seen throughout parts 1-7, these are tactics that they are willing to use on Americans.  >> [Twitter Helped the FBI's Cover Propaganda Campaign]( <<   10+ Winter Foods to Avoid Holiday Weight Gain  Before you know it, Christmas and New Year's will be behind us, and we'll be staring down 3 more cold months. If you are like most Americans, gaining weight and getting sick are two things that you may worry about (at least a little bit) this time of year. But, if you follow the centuries-old wisdom of Ayurvedic seasonal eating, you will feel great and get an immune boost to boot!  Ayurveda says that most individuals can handle salty, sweet, and sour foods better in colder weather since digestion is said to be stronger during the colder times of year. They also recommend eating warming foods in winter which, of course, makes sense as well. Foods that are gently warm, not piping hot, are always better according to this tradition.   Perhaps the most significant aspect of the cold months for Ayurveda (and for most ancient cultures) is its significance as a special time when we can “go within.” This has traditionally been a time when we can reflect on our lives, rest, relax, and rejuvenate for the year ahead.  By going with the rhythms of nature the Ayurvedic way in winter, we can prepare for when the snows melt, and new sprouts begin to surface from the ground and in our lives. If we take the time to eat with the seasons and get the rest that we need, we will be ready for all the sunshine, activity, and forward movement that comes with spring!  >> [Top 10+ Winter Foods]( <<  In the words of President John F. Kennedy: “As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.”  Christmas Blessings!   P.S. Remember… JESUS is the REASON for the SEASON!   © Copyright 2022, TTAC Publishing LLC. All Rights Reserved.
