If the rally is going to last, then tech — the Nasdaq 100 (QQQ) — needs to lead. If it can’t and it starts lagging, the party is over… So far ahead of lunchtime, the QQQ is leading the charge, up about 1% while the S&P 500 (SPY) is up 0.9% and the Dow is up about 240 points. I’m not turning bearish but I find it hard to believe the market is as bullish as the behavior being exhibited right now.
