[Graduate Marketing Executive - The Tab, London]( Hi, Tab Media is hiring a graduate [Marketing Executive]( join its office in Shoreditch, London, in March. This is an opportunity to join one the most innovative media startups in the world, and gain experience in a global business which has raised $8 million of funding. The successful candidate will be the only marketing person on the editorial team, and will be working independently to drive awareness of The Tab on UK uni campuses. You must be ambitious, lively and hungry for results. It’s a super varied role which will involve travel and working in collaboration with students on lots of fun projects, like club nights and journalism events. There will be plenty of room to be creative. This role is only open to recent graduates, not current students, and candidates should be available to start asap. Responsibilities: - Increasing awareness of The Tab’s brand among UK students - Adding Tab Facebook likes, Instagram followers and recruiting new young journalists at UK unis via guerilla on-campus marketing - Building meaningful relationships with key student influencers across many universities - Events organisation and management: From journalism training days to hosting club nights Candidates must have: - Graduated with a 2.1 degree from a British university - Experience running club nights or promoting club nights while at uni or have made strong relationships in this area A successful candidate will be/have: - A self-starter who can work independently outside of the office and drive results without constant monitoring - An optimistic personality who will experiment with new ideas to drive numbers - A sparky communicator who embodies The Tab and can spread our message coherently to students - Great organiser who can manage their own time effectively, work on the go, and across several projects at once - Has the humility and professionalism to do demanding work which includes being out of office on campus (and on nights out) with students Benefits include: - £20,000 a year salary - 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays - Company MacBook - Breakfast provided in the office - Young, sociable company - Rooftop beer and prosecco on a [Friday]( - Occasional office dog How to apply: To apply, email Grace Vielma (grace@thetab.com) your CV and a few paragraphs outlining your plan for spreading The Tab’s brand on UK campuses.
