Fulton County Prosecutors Request Protective Order Following New Video Evidence Today In America Your Opinion   Nikki Haley Says America's Leaders Need Cognitive Tests, Is She Right? [Yes, She Is →]( [No, She Is Not →](   Fulton County Prosecutors Request Protective Order Following New Video Evidence In Fulton County, prosecutors urgently requested a protective order after recordings from plea deal sessions in an election interference case were leaked. These recordings, aired by ABC News and The Washington Post, showed four defendants who had pleaded guilty discussing their roles in attempts to overturn the 2020 election results. The prosecutors argue that releasing these videos, initially shared as part of discovery, could lead to witness intimidation and obstruct justice. Consequently, they have decided to restrict defendants' access to future video recordings, requiring them to view these at the District Attorney's office without permission to record.   The case, led by District Attorney Fani Willis, involves former President Trump and 18 others charged with racketeering in a conspiracy to unlawfully maintain Trump in power. Among the 19 defendants, four have taken plea deals, including three Trump-aligned lawyers and a bail bondsman, all agreeing to testify truthfully against the remaining defendants who plead not guilty.   Details from the sessions reveal significant conversations and plans regarding the 2020 election. After the footage was released, a political adviser to defendant Rudy Giuliani argued that the statements made in these videos absolve Giuliani of conspiracy involvement and criticized Willis for continuing the case against him.   Here are some facts about November 14   - 1969 - Apollo 12, the second manned mission to the surface of the moon, is launched from Cape Canaveral, Florida, with astronauts Charles Conrad, Jr.; Richard F.
