[TPG | Hero Image] Roses are red, violets are blue ... travelâs more fun with others, so enjoy a companion pass deal or two! Whether you want to fly with your love or your platonic bestie, BOGO airline tickets (or close to it) are a real thing if you know where to look. Shortcut to the Southwest Companion Pass One of the best-known deals is the [Southwest Companion Pass]( which lets you bring along one companion for an unlimited number of Southwest flights for free (excluding taxes and fees) until the pass expires. While youâd typically need to earn 135,000 qualifying points or complete 100 qualifying one-way flights on Southwest to earn the pass, you can skip that process and instead earn one that lasts through the end of February 2025 as part of a welcome offer on the [Southwest Rapid Rewards Plus Credit Card]( the[Southwest Rapid Rewards Premier Credit Card]( or the[Southwest Rapid Rewards Priority Credit Card](. Youâll earn the pass plus 30,000 points after you spend $4,000 on purchases in the first three months of the account opening. Alaska Airlines Companion Fare On [Alaska Airlines, there are two ways you can receive its Companion Fare]( as part of a welcome bonus and for each year you hold the card. If you are a new cardholder, you can also get these welcome bonuses: - [Alaska Airlines Visa® credit card]( Earn 70,000 bonus miles and Alaska's Companion Fare from $122 ($99 fare plus taxes and fees from $23) with $3,000 in spending in the first 90 days.
- [Alaska Airlines Visa® Business card]( Get 50,000 bonus miles plus Alaska's Companion Fare from $122 ($99 fare plus taxes and fees from $23) with $3,000 in spending in the first 90 days.
Earn an annual Delta Companion Certificate Youâll also find an [annual companion certificate on select Delta Air Lines cobranded credit cards]( like the Delta SkyMiles® Platinum American Express Card and the Delta SkyMiles® Reserve American Express Card. And those companion certificates just got even more valuable. - On the [Delta SkyMiles Platinum Amex]( the companion certificate you get at each account anniversary is valid for economy travel in the 50 states, Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean. Those new to the card can also earn 90,000 bonus miles after spending $4,000 on purchases on the card in your first six months.
- On the [Delta SkyMiles Reserve Amex]( that companion certificate is valid to the same destinations, but also in first class or Deltaâs version of premium economy. Those new to the card can earn 100,000 bonus miles after spending $6,000 on purchases in the first six months.
